WHAT TO EXPECT from
your new purchase:
Adjustment period - After
all those grueling years on
that old bed, you may need
some time to get
accustomed to the new
mattress – just as you
might expect with new
shoes. This period of
adjustment may take a
week or much longer; or, it
could be as brief as the
time it takes you to fall
asleep on the very first
night of use. |
OUR PLEDGE TO YOU is to make every effort to provide
only the best quality products to our customers. To avoid any
misconceptions, you the customer, will be more satisfied with
your purchase if you understand the terms, and your responsibilities
as stated in the individual product warranties. These
warranties are based on standard bedding industry practices.
If you are the original purchaser of a Kluft™ mattress
manufactured by E. S. Kluft & Company, LLC please review
the specific warranty card of the purchased model for the
entire warranty, which includes all terms and conditions. The
warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not
transferable.
Kluft™ will always attempt to fairly inform the customer on
what the warranty does and does not cover, and what might
cause it to be voided. Remember, as with most warranties,
our warranty guards against manufacturing defects in
workmanship and materials only and is not a comfort
guarantee nor meant to be used as a way to uneccessarily
return an otherwise good mattress.
